產品分類及發貨期限

1.  手工製品／客製作品 / 預訂貨品
   • 100% 純手作，製作需時約 7–30 個工作天（實際日期以訂單確認信為準）。材料缺貨或不可抗力可能導致延誤，詳細日期可向工作室查詢。
   • 現貨（如有）付款後 7 個工作天內發貨。
   • 預訂貨品詳細發貨日期可向工作室查詢。
     
     
2.  自家設計產品（非手工）
   • 付款後 7 個工作天內發貨，缺貨或不可抗力可能導致延誤。

1. Handmade / Custom-Made Items / Pre-order Items
   • 100% pure handmade, production takes approximately 7–30 working days (subject to the exact date stated in the order confirmation email). Delays may occur due to material shortages or force majeure; please contact the studio for detailed dates.
   • Ready stock (if any): shipped within 2 working days after payment.
   • Pre-order items: detailed shipping dates available upon enquiry with the studio.
2. In-house Designed Products (Non-handmade)
   • Shipped within 2 working days after payment; delays may occur due to stock shortages or force majeure.
